We work with the DATEV LODAS comfort software for the preparation of payroll accounting.
This includes maintaining personnel data and legally required logons and logoffs for employees, preparing contribution statements for health insurance funds, managing and maintaining annual payroll accounts and reporting payroll tax to the tax office. The program also creates DTA files and financial accounting records.
We close the payroll accounts at the end of the fiscal year and then report them to the social insurance agencies, the employment agency and the statistics offices as required. We also keep these reports.
We do the payroll accounting for companies with up to 100 employees, and also those with foreign employees!
We also assist our clients in income tax audits and social security Audits.
