The strength of Kai, co-founder of the FORUM companies in 1997, lies in the handling of extremely complex tax law matters. His work as a lecturer makes him a sought-after expert, particularly in the field of value-added tax law.
He mainly supports us in restructuring and M&A cases as well as on issues that are strongly related to the application of the law in practice.
Kai is a lecturer at the Munich University of Applied Sciences in the Master of Taxation program. He mentors prospective tax consultants in their preparation for the tax advisor examination and is an instructor for the specialist tax lawyer course. He also gives lectures on the topic of companies and corporate, commercial and tax law.
